What does the journey look like?


Content-wise, the group trip is the same as the 1-on-1 trip but with a maximum of 4 other women. Going alone, you might go faster, but together, you go further. The focus is on creating an intimate atmosphere, reinforcing each other, and using TCM for intenser coaching.


TCM stands for the Transformational Coach Method and is a proven method for sustained behavioural change from the ICF certified Health Coach Institute in the United States. This method has successfully helped hundreds of thousands of people.


The personal leadership journey emphasises sustainable behavioural change and lasts for fourteen weeks. Practically, the leadership journey is a combination of video modules on my learning platform and 1 hour (2 hours if it involves a group) of coaching per week via Zoom.


Perhaps you're thinking: '14 weeks is long!' But I say, '14 weeks are necessary' when you practice:

  • Seeing yourself as a priority (increasing self-awareness and self-worth)
  • Authentic communication (including being clear, friendly, and inclusive ...)
  • Leadership competencies (such as resilience, inclusivity, courage, empathy, assertiveness, decisiveness, curiosity, being a role model ...)


We set clear, achievable goals and work towards them with small, firm steps. Each session addresses personal needs, includes new inspiration, and offers exercises that are attractively different. It's 14 weeks packed with personal growth, sisterhood, trust, appreciation, learning from each other, inspiring one another, and laughing together!

What does the journey look like?

There are three steps that distinguish my Mellow Revolution leadership journey and help make your success more sustainable.

Coach programs with the best results in a relatively short time have three things in common. You can compare it to the three legs of a stool. If you remove one leg, the stool falls over.


The three pillars are:


  • the right method 
  • the appropriate support, and
  • genuine responsibility


The right method means taking the correct steps in the right order.

The right support comes from someone who has been in a similar situation and held a similar position.

Someone who approaches you lovingly, positively, and assertively, making it feel safe to be honest and vulnerable.


We often know exactly what we should do. But without feeling truly  responsible and experiencing accountability, it's difficult to actually do it!


We let thousands of things take priority, especially when we're a little uncertain. Tackling this together and genuinely wanting it is crucial.

You probably know that by the end of January, as much as 98% of well-intended resolutions falter.


Having set conditions rather than mere intentions significantly eases the path to persistence. You've likely felt firsthand how daunting it can be to constantly manage everything on your own.


Simultaneously, we hold the belief that we should manage independently, unintentionally setting an even higher standard for ourselves. Plus, the fear of disappointing others looms large. Motivation on its own falls short.


The pivotal conditions include making yourself a priority, establishing clear and attainable goals, enhancing your energy, and consistently practicing in small, incremental steps.


Lacking these conditions, reverting to old behavioural patterns becomes inevitable, resulting in more of what you wish to avoid.

Sustainable change necessitates a 'green light' across three levels: behaviour, thoughts, and identity.

Initiating from the behavioural level, it's typically easier to make swift adjustments here.


However, the second level - your thoughts - poses a far greater challenge. Your thoughts shape your behaviour, and your experiences affirm those thoughts. You might recognise the recurring thoughts of 'I knew that already' or 'I've said that before,' creating a self-reinforcing loop but offering no real progress.


The struggle with a lack of control is evident. We crave explanations and meaning for everything. Oddly, we'd prefer a definite negative outcome over an ambiguous positive one. Escaping this pattern is tough because the brain continually seeks evidence to validate these negative thoughts. However, this program assists in breaking that cycle.


Then comes the third level - your identity, the narrative crafted by you and those closest to you, comprising rules, perspectives, and events from your earliest years.


If this level also receives the 'green light,' your new behaviour becomes ingrained. This transformation occurs naturally through awareness and dedicated exercises.

Prior to embarking on this journey, I hesitated, questioning whether prioritising my personal leadership growth over the organisation was viable. I also questioned if I could have my organisation sponsor my participation.
